What is the best way to clean my helmet display case?
Do not use products containing alcohol, ammonia and fragrances. Also, do not use solvents such as acetone, chemical cleaning solution and other granular cleaners and polishes, as they will damage the surface of the plexiglass.

Do I get a discount if I order multiple helmet display cases?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a quantity discount at this time.
My display case is opaque / looks like milk glass
All display cases are covered with protective film. Remember to remove these before putting the display case into use.

Can I still change my pre-order?
Yes, you can change your pre-order at any time. Fewer showcases can always be done, more showcases can only be done while supplies last. Please contact us for the possibilities.

Can I also pick up my order?
No, the pickup option has unfortunately been dropped. It was little used and logistically challenging to keep three locations stocked.
How long is the delivery time?
Do you order on weekdays before 10 p.m.? Then your order will be shipped the same day, if in stock.

Is there also a physical store or showroom?
No, Acrylic King is exclusively a web shop. There is no showroom or pickup option.
Return Policy
Can I return ordered helmet display cases?
We strive for every customer to be satisfied with their order. If, despite this, you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you will be given the opportunity to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for returning helmet display cases?
Yes, the costs of return shipments are entirely your responsibility and are therefore not reimbursed by us. This is in line with the guidelines of the Thuiswinkel Waarborg quality mark.
